This listing is for a handmade leather baldric, almost identical to our other pirate baldric, only the frog has 3 loops instead of 2. The title says pirate baldric, but it works for any type of sword-carrying.
The baldric is made out of 8-10 ounce latigo cowhide, and is available with 26 different buckles, in several different widths. The "natural" color option will be made out of Vegetable tanned leather, instead of the latigo.
The baldric is set up to hold many different sized swords, with a leather lace at the throat of the frog to secure the scabbard.
Be sure to note the width that you need when selecting your buckle style, the buckles are not available in different widths.
If the sword you are going to carry in the baldric is wider than the strap width that you choose, let me know and I will
adjust the frog size to fit your sword.
Each baldric will comfortably fit someone 5'5"- 6'2" If you need one custom made to accommodate your height, feel free to contact me.
Naturally, the sword, pistol, and other gear in the pictures are not included.

Why so expensive?
Our items are all made by hand. We do not mass produce anything, and every item has been designed, tested, and created by us. A lot of time and effort has gone into every item we offer, and we do our best to make sure that everything that leaves our shop lives up to our standards and hopefully yours.
Can you make a sheath for a knife other than the ones offered here?
We only offer a few different sheath options, but we operate out of a large brick & mortar cutlery store, so there's a chance we have the knife you're looking for. Contact us to set up a custom order.
Do your holsters meet IDPA regulations?
All of our belt holsters meet IDPA regulations, but our shoulder holsters do not.
Are your leather sheaths lined with Kydex?
To put in bluntly, if your leather sheath does what it's supposed to do, you shouldn't need to put a different sheath inside of it. Our leather sheaths function very well being made out of leather, and our kydex sheaths work very well without a leather lining.
Does the knife come with the sheath?
No. Each item is for the sheath/scabbard/holster itself, no knives, swords, or guns are included with any purchase.

I left 3 stars because the shipping was slow and I requested antique bronze fittings, but there was a copper colored rivet which totally didn't match the other aged bronze ones. I had asked for Chicago screws to be used so I could switch out the buckle if needed instead of rivets and was told that $1 worth of the screws would add another $10 to the price, which I know is BS. The baldric was modified but with some difficulty getting the copper rivet off and replacing it with an aged bronze one. The quality of the leather and finish is nice, but there are minor flaws that keep it from being a 5-Star item.

Very nice leather work. Only issue a couple of the rivets popped out. Replace with some brass Chicago screws.
