Each pair is made out of 2 layers of 8-10 ounce vegetable tanned cowhide that is stamped with the design and hand dyed a rustic brown color. The tree and wrist scrolls are then hand painted silver.
Each pair also come with a pair of quilted leather underbracers that lace closed for the main vambraces to buckle over. These will generally come with our standard strap buckles, but more screen accurate options are available. Feel free to message us for details.
These are made in one size, but we will adjust the strap lengths and underbracer size to fit you better.
For the arm measurements, please measure the circumference around your wrist just behind where it bends, and your forearm at its widest point.

Why so expensive?
Our items are all made by hand. We do not mass produce anything, and every item has been designed, tested, and created by us. A lot of time and effort has gone into every item we offer, and we do our best to make sure that everything that leaves our shop lives up to our standards and hopefully yours.
Can you make a sheath for a knife other than the ones offered here?
We only offer a few different sheath options, but we operate out of a large brick & mortar cutlery store, so there's a chance we have the knife you're looking for. Contact us to set up a custom order.
Do your holsters meet IDPA regulations?
All of our belt holsters meet IDPA regulations, but our shoulder holsters do not.
Are your leather sheaths lined with Kydex?
To put in bluntly, if your leather sheath does what it's supposed to do, you shouldn't need to put a different sheath inside of it. Our leather sheaths function very well being made out of leather, and our kydex sheaths work very well without a leather lining.
Does the knife come with the sheath?
No. Each item is for the sheath/scabbard/holster itself, no knives, swords, or guns are included with any purchase.
Design Changes?
We occasionally update/improve the design of some items, so it is possible that the photos on some listings might not be entirely up to date.

Oh yeah, these Vambraces are definitely well made. Very thick leather on the Vambrace, buckles, and inner leather padding itself. Definitely will and can stand up to abuse. I will be using this for LARP and Re-enactments.

AMAZING experience with this shop. First the build quality is amazing; they feel comfortable, sturdy, and well stitched and cut. Look absolutely stunning on as well. Second, the shop owner even went as far as to customize the size for me after I had left the wrong size in my cart and didn't change it before checking out, AND shipped it to my new address after we moved.
