This is a handmade leather sheath for the Ka Bar Big Brother fighting knife that can be worn vertically or horizontally.
Each sheath is made out of 8-10 ounce latigo cowhide and has an integrated belt loop and retention strap. The scout style version features 2 straps that can be either solid loops that you thread your belt through, or loops with snap closure for easy removal.
The scout sheath is designed to be worn in the back and drawn with whatever hand you choose when ordering. To carry in front, the setup will be opposite, so if you intend to carry in front and draw with your right hand, you will need to order the LH setup.
Due to the guard, the sheath is unable to be set up in an ambidextrous configuration, so be sure to determine which setup you need before ordering. If you need more information, feel free

Why so expensive?
Our items are all made by hand. We do not mass produce anything, and every item has been designed, tested, and created by us. A lot of time and effort has gone into every item we offer, and we do our best to make sure that everything that leaves our shop lives up to our standards and hopefully yours.
Can you make a sheath for a knife other than the ones offered here?
We only offer a few different sheath options, but we operate out of a large brick & mortar cutlery store, so there's a chance we have the knife you're looking for. Contact us to set up a custom order.
Do your holsters meet IDPA regulations?
All of our belt holsters meet IDPA regulations, but our shoulder holsters do not.
Are your leather sheaths lined with Kydex?
To put in bluntly, if your leather sheath does what it's supposed to do, you shouldn't need to put a different sheath inside of it. Our leather sheaths function very well being made out of leather, and our kydex sheaths work very well without a leather lining.
Does the knife come with the sheath?
No. Each item is for the sheath/scabbard/holster itself, no knives, swords, or guns are included with any purchase.

The sheathe looks and functions great! Only thing I’d change would maybe adding a plastic thumb piece(maybe kydex)that snaps and locks the knife into place when you slide it back in. Just because it’s scout carry type of sheathe, it can be a bit difficult when re-sheathing to keep the knife in place and snapping the loop around the hilt at the same time. But other than that it perfect. I’ll definitely be wearing it. I have a cosplay that I’m putting together. Will be needing a boot sheathe for a Buck 120 here soon, will definitely be ordering from you guys again! Thanks so much!

This is an epically nice sheath and the price is reasonable considering the quality and fit of the leather. The leather is thick and high quality. My Kabar Big Brother fits absolutely perfectly into it. The snaps are smooth and work great. The fittment to my body in the scout style is tight and almost unnoticeable. The snaps stay closed even at a full run and the knife stays in position with the snap gaurd that holds it in place. Super fast shipping. This is everything you want out of a custom sheath. 5 stars.

Beautiful work if I could make one suggestion add two more of belt loops for Security and but it’s such a beautiful rig I just don’t like it bouncing around sometimes
